Roman Basi is the President of The Center for Financial, Legal & Tax Planning, Inc. Roman is an Attorney, a CPA, Managing Real Estate Broker, Title Insurance Agent and an instrument rated private pilot. Roman is also one of the Tax Course Instructors for the Internal Revenue Service’s Annual Filing Season Program for Tax Return Preparers throughout the United States. Roman is admitted to practice in Illinois, Florida, Arizona, Missouri, Federal District Court of Illinois Southern District, the United State Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit, and Roman is also admitted to practice in the United States Supreme Court being sworn in to the highest court in the summer of 2015 in front of all 9 Supreme Court justices.

Pat Albero

Pat Albero is a Partner of the Equipment & Commercial Truck Divisions of Performance Brokerage Services. With over 15 years of industry experience and relationships with hundreds of dealers and OEM’s, Patrick is perfectly suited to guide you in the sale or purchase of a Commercial Truck or Equipment dealership. Growing up in a family of small business owners, Patrick leverages his unique and personal experiences having been on both sides of a transaction. Dan earned a degree in Business Management with a minor in Marketing from North Carolina State University. Over the past 20 years he has owned a number of businesses in multiple industries including real estate, financial, security, automotive, and consulting. He authored his first book in 2021 and is working on his second. He has a passion for automobiles, motorcycles, and public speaking. Paulina Matel

Paulina has worked in the financial services industry since 2012 and is one of three financial advisors with the Stanek Group at Morgan Stanley. As a Certified Financial Planner, Paulina focuses on working with privately held businesses, business owners and their families to take them through all phases of wealth management, including wealth accumulation, wealth preservation, wealth transfer, and charitable giving. Paulina’s work with business owners often focuses on a graceful business exit and owner(s) transition to retirement. Many of the owners have businesses in the Appliance and Electronics, Power Sports, Equipment, Recreational Vehicle, or Technology Integrators industries. Paulina has earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Concentration in Finance and Bachelor of Arts in International Business from Dominican University. An avid hiker and globe-trotter she and her husband, Peter, enjoy world travels and outdoor adventures.

Brad Stanek

Brad has worked in the financial services industry since 1993, becoming an investment professional with Morgan Stanley in 2009 through a predecessor firm. Initially with Merrill Lynch, he came to Morgan Stanley to provide clients with a full range of financial services and investment advice from one of the largest firms on Wall Street. As a Senior Vice President – Wealth Management, he focuses on the financial planning for executives and business owners using an uncommon investment management style designed to provide superior risk/return results. Brad is also a Certified Financial Planner and is registered in all 50 states. His focus is on financial planning and exit planning for business owners in the Appliance and Electronics, RV, Power Sports, Technology Integrators, and Equipment industries. Brad earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Indiana University. He and his wife, Debra, are proud parents of two boys, Gavin and Joel.
